RETURN POLICY
Your return should be postmarked no later than 14 days of receipt of purchase.
The item must be clearly not worn or used. The item must not have any marks,
must not be laundered or have any wear on the tags.
All tags must be attached to the item and clearly not removed or tampered with.
In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
We are happy to issue you a full refund or exchange for the price of any item you
are returning under these conditions. Please note that freight is non refundable,
unless we made a mistake and shipped you the wrong item.

How to Return an Item
- Email our Returns Service at returns@elegantvogue.com before you
return/exchange merchandise. Please include the reason of your return/
exchange in your email. We will have to check stock for exchanges before
we can guarantee you an exchange in that particular item.
- Also include the packing slip (that came with your order) with your return
and wrap the package securely.
- Within a week of receiving your package, we will credit your original
purchase method.(We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a
result of our error – this includes damaged merchandise.)
